SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Retail Orders
Because our candles are poured to order, items are normally shipped within 48 to 72 hours after the receipt of your order. During the Holiday season, we do try to ship within this timeframe, but because we receive an extraordinary number of orders during this period, delays during November and December are possible.  Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  You will be notified by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay.  If you order an item that is temporarily sold out at the time you placed your order, we will email or phone you to inquire if you want to keep your order open until this item is back in stock, or if you prefer to cancel your order.  Please make sure you provide us with a daytime phone number and accurate e-mail address.

Free Shipping Calculations
Free shipping is calculated based solely on the value of the purchased products in your shopping cart. Taxes, gift certificates and other charges do not apply to the calculation of free shipping.

Shipping is FREE on all orders above $100. You should receive your order within 6 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date that we ship.

Refused Orders
Orders that are refused and returned will be charged for return shipping, and a restocking fee of 15%. If for some reason your order was refused, but you still want the order, you will be required to pay the new shipping charge, even if the initial delivery qualified as a free delivery. The second attempt at delivery must be to a different address, we will not ship the order a second time to a address where it has been already refused once.

Incorrect Address
Please triple check the shipping address on your order to insure the address is error free. Be sure to include any special suite or apartment numbers, otherwise the order may be returned to us due to insufficient address. The orders that are returned will be charged additional shipping for secondary delivery. Free shipping will not be applied twice for orders that meet those conditions prior to the return. Customers will be contacted and made aware of the any delivery issues. If the returned order is then cancelled by the customer, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and any original shipping cost will be forfeited. Any remaining balance will be credited back to the customerx27;s credit card.
